Christ's College, Cambridge, Krishna worked as a
corporate finance lawyer at leading international law
firm, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer for several years
in London. During his time with Freshfields, he was
involved in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and
corporate finance transactions. He was also involved in
telecommunications, media and technology-slanted
transactions. Since returning to Singapore, Krishna has
acted as legal consultant for several technology
companies. He is currently practising as a corporate

Having graduated from Cambridge, following a four-year course, with a
Master of Engineering on a full scholarship from
the Commonwealth Trust, Joshua has worked both in academia
and industry. This includes his sabbatical on policy
recommendation on the electronics industry in Europe,

University of Cambridge and DG Research of the European
Commission. He has also worked with Cambridge

Meng-Han Kuok read for his B.A.(Hons) and M.Eng. in Manufacturing Engineering at Magdalene College, Cambridge. He previously worked in the European technology corporate finance team at UBS as well industrial engineering projects in China and Netherlands. Alan Bates graduated in Law from Christ's College, Cambridge University with first class honours and was awarded the University's Clive Parry Prize for International Law. He was a scholar of Christ's College which twice awarded him the De Hart Prize for Public Law. He then served as a research assistant at the Law Commission of England and Wales where he worked on an audit of the compatibility of the English law of bail with the UK's Human Rights Act. He obtained the degree of Master of Laws in 2002 at the University of Pennsylvania where he was a Thouron scholar, specialising in comparative constitutional law and the interaction between environmental concerns with the law of international trade. Inderbir holds a Ph.D in Educational Psychology (Gifted Education) from University of Cambridge, UK. She has been working with teenagers of high abilities since 1997. Upon completion of her doctorate, she lectured at Universiti Putra Malaysia and was also the Vice-President of the National Association for Gifted Children, Malaysia (NAGCM). She then worked as a consultant with NUS (National University of Singapore) Overseas College Silicon Valley in California, USA and Singapore for a year. Inderbir has researched, presented and published various papers on giftedness. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in General Psychology, a Masters of Business Administration, as well as a Juris Doctorate from the University of California – Berkeley’s Boalt Hall School of Law (Berkeley, California, USA). Before entering the field of US Securities Law, Jacob’s background was focused on education and youth psychology. Jacob spent two years as a faculty member at Seven Hills Middle School (ages 11-14) in Nevada City, California, USA and three years as a teaching assistant, lab instructor and lecturer at Utah State University. He then worked as a program supervisor and Residential Counselor at the River Oak Center for Children in Sacramento, California, USA, where he was responsible for the implementation of a full-time treatment program for Severely Emotionally Disturbed (SED) children (ages 7-15). He also served as an Examination Evaluator for the California Testing Board-McGraw/Hill (the leading provider of educational assessment and reporting solutions in the USA) at their Sacramento headquarters. Jacob has been an active member of the Psi Chi Honor Society (psychology), the American Psychological Association, Inc., the Association of College Unions International (ACUI), the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA) and the organization of United Utah Schools.
